Many of our beautiful luxury ski chalets work perfectly for small corporate groups. They have all the necessary wifi connectivity, large dining spaces with big tables for work discussions, and enough bedrooms for people to have their own rooms.
Doubling up
Some of the stunning chalets can also double up with their sister five-star chalets next door or just five minutes away down the road to offer even more space. Dinners can be divided between the two, varying the corporate ski experience even more.
Chalet Les Anges in Zermatt, for instance, can combine with Chalet Maurice to offer 13 separate bedrooms, while Chalet Kernow in Verbier, which sleeps 14 in seven bedrooms, has three separate stunning sister apartments in Chalet Sagittaire which together sleep up to 31 guests. They have exquisite communal pool, gym and spa facilities too.
At the same time, Chalet Spa in Verbier has sister property Chalet Blanche, a superb designer chalet two minutes away, and together they create the most stylish corporate offering you could dream of.
The remote Montagne Alternative in Val d'Entremont can accommodate 24 in three designer converted barns while a fourth barn offers a flexible space for workshops and seminars.
Facilities
Some of the smaller ski chalets still work well for corporate groups because of the fabulous chalet accommodation and top quality facilities they offer. Ferme de Moudon, for instance, technically sleeps just 10 in five bedrooms, but all the beds can be separated into twins and, most importantly of all, there are excellent break-out areas: two independent sittings rooms and two huge conference tables.
The penthouse Chalet Gentiane, part of the Sagittaire super-chalet, also has a special giant dining table that can seat up to 22 people, while most of the chalets can boast presentation equipment, Skype, wireless internet access and even overhead projectors. For a more rock ‘n’ roll corporate experience to really wow clients, you could not do better than The Loft in Zermatt, although it could only be for a very small group (it only sleeps 6).
Experiences
Many of the chalets specialise in laying on unforgettable corporate ski experiences too, from heli-skiing to husky sledging, wine tastings to gourmet food sampling. One chalet staged a ‘can’t cook, won’t cook’ bonding event with its chef last season, while meals in refuges have been organised as well as skidoo rides up and moonlit sledging back down at night, paintballing, team ski lessons, ski races and snowshoe walks to restaurants. Chalet de la Cloche in Tignes les Brévières also lays on snow picnics, prepared by their own chef.
Event planners
Several of our luxury catered ski chalets also have dedicated professional event planners and on-the-ground event managers who live in the Alps and know everything there is to know about the major ski resorts and how they will work best for your corporate ski outing. Decades of running corporate ski events, from small five person senior management strategy meetings to 100 strong conferences, guarantee that events are managed seamlessly and the stress is taken off the event manager.
Chalet Saphir and its sister chalets in the Chamonix valley, for instance, offer heaps of corporate ski event experience via a team of professionals, while Chalet de la Cloche has an in-resort manager to arrange everything that needs to be arranged and Richard Branson’s The Lodge in Verbier also offers concierge services throughout the corporate stay, through which all activities can be arranged and all restaurants booked.
From conferences to team-building
Our range of luxury chalets can also lay on anything, from memorable client entertainment corporate ski trips to bespoke conferences, team-motivation weekends to team-building or reward programmes. They can work closely with you on the planning phase to make sure your goals can be met. They also often like to have their own creative input which can add a certain flair to an itinerary.
Testimonials
All of our stunning five-star chalets can provide impressive testimonials and case studies, as well as lists of corporate clients who have used their services and are happy to recommend them.
The best thing to do is simply to get in touch with us and we can suggest which chic chalet would be best for your corporate group and corporate ski needs.
